How to Shop On-line

Existing Customers

For existing customers, if you don't know your login details, you will have been registered on our website and given a computer generated password. To access your password just use the "Forgotten password?" link at the top right of our website, put in your e-mail address, click the "Send me my login details" and we will then send you your password so that you can log in. Once logged in you can update your details and change your password if you want, then when opening product details, you will be given the option to "Buy".


New Customers or if You are Not Registered
First you must be registered, to register use the "Register" tab at the top right of our website:
 
Once you have completed the short registration form you will then be logged in.
 
If you have already registered, but forgotten your password, then just use the "Forgotten Password" link and your password will be e-mailed to you.
 
At all times you can change your password or any of your details by accessing the "My Account" tab, visible once you are logged in:
 
 
To commence shopping just pick a product, this can be done by putting either the product code or a name in the search field, or use the navigation panel to the left of the website. Open the product details fill in the quantity and click on the "Add to order" , you can also add this product to your "Favourites":
