We are pleased to announce that our new "Chocolate for Connoisseurs" is now live.

The main focus of this website will be towards the provenance of the products, enabling our customers to know with conviction that this is ethically produced chocolate.

Only 2 Weeks To Go

As mentioned in last month's newsletter we are relocating to new premises in Lewes and as you can see from the above image preparations are well under way.

Last orders for despatch from Uckfield must be placed before 12 noon Thursday 12th August, we are then closed for Friday 13th, our move day(we are not superstitious), until Monday 16th.

Chocolate for Connoisseurs will be exhibiting at this years Speciality and Fine Food Fair to be held at Olympia from the 5th-7th September.

6th Annual Chocolate Conference

HB Ingredients co-sponsored the 6th Annual Chocolate Conference, which was held at Westminster Kingsway College, on 12th July.
There was an informal networking meal on the Sunday evening where Chocolatiers were able to get together and discuss their products and share experiences.
