Coming Soon, Our Website Receives a Make-Over

With over 1,200 products offered on our website, we have realised that it is not easy to find the products you are interested in.

To overcome this problem and to add some extra features, we are in the process of giving our website a make-over and will be launching it by the end of June.


Extra features will include:

  • drill-down navigation to your chosen products
  • products grouped in industry sectors
  • previous orders saved, making a repeat order quick and easy
  • multiple delivery addresses available

The First Trans-Atlantic "Carbon-Neutral" Delivery of Chocolate

After being delayed in the Channel Approaches for 4 days due to lack of wind, the Tres Hombres arrived at Gunwharf Quay Portsmouth, on Monday 21st. On board was her cargo of Grenada Chocolate Company bars, which were unloaded and are now in our warehouse at Lewes. Read the full article........

 

Olympic Delivery Surcharge

Interlink have announced their surcharge on parcels into areas affected by the Olympics. Click here for the specific postcodes and dates this applies to.(25th July-8th September).

This surcharge will be £1.95 per consignment, which will also be subject to the normal fuel surcharge so a total of £2.03.

Also, any parcels going into anywhere termed as a lockdown area (Venues and Official hotels) can only be accessed by UPS. They will charge £25 per PARCEL to deliver these consignments which Interlink will pass over to us in full. This is made up in a £20 security surcharge and £5 parcel delivery charge. We have informed, by e-mail, our customers who are located in these affected areas, but if you need any further information, please contact a member of our customer service team.

New Prices from 1st July

Our mid-year price list will come into effect as from 1st July. The good news is that there are no increases and infact chocolate prices will be easing.

World Chocolate Masters
