HB Ingredients On-Line Shop

To further enhance our customer service level, we are pleased to announce the opening of our on-line shop next Monday 8th March.

Initially this will be available for Band A customers who pay by debit/credit card and who have a delivery address within the UK mainland. This will enable you to place your order and pay for it, at a time that is convenient to yourself, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you haven't purchased from us before but are registered on our website, then just log in, using your e-mail address and password. When opening product details, you will be given the option to "Buy" .

For existing customers, you will have been registered on our website and given a computer generated password. To access your password just use the "Forgotten password?" link at the top right of our website, put in your e-mail address, click the "Send me my login details"and we will then send you your password so that you can log in. Once logged in you can update your details and change your password if you want, then when opening product details, you will be given the option to "Buy".

At all times we are here to help and more than happy to take your order over the telephone, as normal, Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Friday 8.30am - 4.45pm.
